We slowly made the transition to a chemical free home within this last year. My face wash was one of the items I was having trouble parting with because, well, I did not want to have a reaction and break out with pimples. I got over the fear and made a homemade version that I absolutely LOVE! I did keep my old faithful hidden in the closet just in case I needed to tame any unruly breakouts. I did add tea tree to this recipe for preventative measures and it has been working great.
The texture of this soap is like silk and the smell is so refreshing and uplifting. The best thing is that it cost me pocket change to make. The ingredients in this recipe are things I have on hand because they are the base
for many of my homemade products. You can use any foaming soap container. Use one you have or order one online from Abundant Health. Trust me your skin and your body will thank you for using a non toxic face wash. Pair it up with my face cream for a powerhouse effect.
