Meal Planning Guidance
Learn how to be intentional about what you eat by making a plan. Writing down what you will eat will give you more freedom in your day if you know what is on the menu for each meal. You can use your menu to make a detailed shopping list so you can stick to the budget and not stray from eating healthy meals.
