Blue Cheese Dressing
Charcuterie Boards are my jam. I use them for gatherings, parties, and even for an easy Sunday dinner. (I think I am the only one who loves blue cheese in this family though. It’s always the lone cheese left on the board!)
Following my love for the charcuterie boards, I’ve been finding more and more ways to incorporate sack like meals into life and new combinations that we love. I started making dressing with it for our cut veggies and chicken legs. It’s simple and has real ingredients that anyone can pronounce. Try it your with your family today, I’ll leave the recipe below!
Ingredients
1 cup crumbled blue cheese (divided into equal portions)
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise (like Sir Kensington’s or Just Mayo for cleaner ingredients)
½ cup buttermilk or kefir
1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 cloves crushed garlic
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
2 drops Young Living Black Pepper Vitality Oil
Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and ½ cup of blue cheese.
Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender.
Combine the last half cup of blue cheese to create a chunky dressing.
If you prefer a smooth dressing combine all the cheese at once.
