In-Person Session

Schedule an hour just for yourself. A time to be heard and listened to. Invest in yourself so that you can begin creating healthy routines for your future self. An hour in person coaching session includes:

  • One ionic foot cleanse

  • One wellness scan with reports discussed and sent to you

  • 60 minutes to discuss your pain points and wellness goals

  • An individualized plan to get you back in alignment

Virtual Single Session

Schedule an hour just for yourself. A time to be heard and listened to. Invest in yourself so that you can begin creating healthy routines for your future self. An hour coaching session includes:

  • 60 minute zoom or phone call (depending on your preference) to discuss your pain points and wellness goals.

  • An individualized plan to get you back in alignment with simple steps toward making healthier whole food choices.
