In this class you will learn the process of turning raw dairy into yogurt, kefir, sour cream, and ricotta cheese. You will work with the milk by making your own mozzarella cheese to take home with you.

how to work with milk to create homemade versions of your kitchen staples
to ferment milk for gut healing beverages and food
to make two soft cheeses, mozzarella and ricotta
You will go home with your mozzarella cheese and a cultured dairy kit with sour cream culture, yogurt culture, kefir grains, mozzarella cheesemaking ingredients and instructional recipes.
Throughout class we will sample these dairy products.

⫸Stainless Steel Stock Pot (8 or 16 quart will work great)
⫸ Large metal or glass bowl
⫸ Apron
⫸ Slotted Spoon
⫸ Covered dish to take your mozzarella home
